Yeah Vista 64 seems to still be a pain with many programs. Good thing though, you can now get more info on juice website, in the wiki:
http://www.juicereceiver.com/wiki/howto, on the bottom of the page they talk about vista 64.
The only recipe for success for Vista/64 is when people will start making programs to work with the "new" OS :/
